Yesterday was the technical rehearsal (aka an excuse to eat stupidly sugary goods) for William Andrew's Nitwit.
The tech all went rather smoothly (thanks in no small measure to our Stage Manager, Julie and the Venue Technician, Dylan) and happily erased memories of impossibly timed Edinburgh Techs of old.
So to celebrate that rarity, a happy painless tech which finishes with 10 minutes to spare, here's another quick plug...

....my name, as you may have already guessed from above, is Chris George and I'm a theatre director.
I'd like to welcome you to my blog where, in conjuction with my website www.directedbychris.com, I'll aim to regularly update with details of forthcoming projects, general news, random jottings and links.
To satisfy the above criteria I'm pleased to announce that William Andrew's show Nitwit which I previously directed in Edinburgh will shortly be transferring to the Soho Theatre, London.
It runs from 25 - 27 February at 8pm and according to Time Out;
